Pros

I know culture is a bit waffly, but Third Bridge currently have a great culture, lots of young, ambitious but social people. Lots of women in senior management is nice to see. Pretty relaxed environment, and a great place to start after uni to explore financial services.

Cons

Bonus hitting targets changed in January, and have become very challenging. A very repetitive job, and can lack engagement/stimulation at times. It is a glorified sales role, so would stay away if you are looking for an investment research/consulting role because this isn't it.
