Regarding management, we recognise that leadership development takes time, and we remain committed to continuously reviewing and enhancing our training and resources to ensure all employees feel fully supported by management at Third Bridge. We appreciate your comments on the hours required in your role. We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment working with clients, and that this may mean working longer hours at times. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused. We also recognise that the role is target and performance-based. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and employee-focused. We are transparent about the nature of the role on all of our job descriptions and recognise this type of environment isn't suited to everyone.
