I've been working here for 2 years, and what I appreciate most is the company's commitment to employee growth. There are a ton of opportunities for professional development, and management genuinely supports us in pursuing new skills. It's a positive and fast-paced environment where you feel like your work makes a real difference

Cons

As the company has grown, there have been some changes in processes that are taking time to adjust to.

You can move up quickly and decent salary for entry entry-level position

Cons

Toxic work environment, a lot of turnover, lack of quality training for those in leadership positions, high stress, client-facing roles asked to work more hours at night and respond to emails on weekends and holidays

We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment working with clients, and that this may mean working longer hours at times. We are transparent about the nature of the role on all of our job descriptions and recognise this type of environment isn't suited to everyone.
