Pros

Supportive new gen managers, work gets appreciated and pay is decent for new beginners.

Cons

1. Unrealistic targets 2. Favouritism 3. Same work even if you get promotions - intern to AVP all do the same thing so no real upgrade

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased to see that you appreciate the managers you work with, as well as the recognition you receive for the hard work you put in! We are sorry, however, to hear that you have some concerns. We appreciate your comment on the unrealistic targets. We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, which we know may not be suited to everyone. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!). We are concerned about your comment on favouritism. We take comments like this very seriously, as this is not the type of culture we want to foster here at Third Bridge. We would appreciate it if you felt comfortable doing so, to please get in touch with us directly to discuss your concerns around this further, as this will help us to investigate any behaviour of this nature. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback with others.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to see that you enjoy the work-life balance in your role and compensation! We are sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of technical training. We offer a comprehensive onboarding programme for all of our new joiners, as well as in-depth Project Manager training after the first three to four months, which focuses on the development of core project management skills, followed by the development of more advanced project management skills that focus more on commercial elements of the role. We would love to learn more about what you felt was missing from your training, if you are open to providing more detailed feedback on this. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at theteam@thirdbridge.com, as we are always open to feedback on our training programmes and look for ways to improve.

Pros

Young people , nice location , decent pay and benefits for college grads

Cons

Despite the rigorous interview process and structured two-week training, the role turned out to be more of a high-volume sales or business development position than one focused on consulting or private equity. You’re expected to use your personal LinkedIn account to source experts, followed by cold calling and emailing at scale. While that’s part of the job, it’s important for candidates to know what they’re signing up for. A major challenge is that success often hinges on factors outside of your control. Even if you identify multiple high-quality experts for a project, there’s no guarantee the client will select any of them—or that the project will even move forward. Sometimes, the client chooses an expert sourced by the project manager already in the system entirely. This adds a strong element of luck to performance metrics. Additionally, when results don’t go your way (often for reasons unrelated to effort or quality), you can quickly find yourself on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). The pressure is constant, and morale across the team especially among younger employees is noticeably low.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your time with us so far. We are sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. While it is great to see that you enjoy the office location, the colleagues you work with, as well as the pay and other benefits, we would like to address the concerns you have raised. Regarding your comments on the role itself, we try to be as transparent and clear as possible about what is required in all of our job descriptions so that people are aware of what the role involves early on. We realise that the role does involve outreach in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this type of role may not be suited to everyone. Our environment is well-suited for individuals who embrace a competitive atmosphere, are motivated by target achievement, and appreciate public recognition for their contributions. We strive to create a workplace where driven professionals can thrive and advance. Your feedback is really important to us, as we are always looking for ways to make improvements. If you would like to speak to us directly about your concerns, we would love to hear from you at theteam@thirdbridge.com. Thank you again for your review and for being a valued member of the team.
