Pros

Decent pay out of college, but it’s not worth the constant stress and long hours.

Cons

You’re nothing but a money making machine for the company. If you hit the monthly target, then you’re making a good $25,000 for the company every month by yourself. If you don’t hit target, then they are EXTREMELY quick to put you on a performance plan and kick you out the door if you don’t perform. The only way to be promoted is by kissing butt cheeks and ironically has nothing to do with your personal performance.

Pay was good for the work being done.

Cons

Horrible management, you only get put on projects when you're friends with the project managers. Very cliquey and you don't feel part of the team unless you 100% fake it. Was let go and usually people are given 3 months to improve work performance and I was only given 2 weeks which gives little room for any type of improvement especially during the slow season. Let go during a difficult time, but am ultimately more happy being away from this company.

Pros

Few pros to be honest; breakfast served monday, lunch tuesday. Hybrid M-W in office. TH-F at home.

Cons

They do not care about you. Most managers are women. They hand out promotions to incompetent people and don't distribute work evenly- some teams get better accounts than others leading to them having better bonuses, these people end up looking like they are out right outperforming others when in reality they are just on a team with better clients.
