Don’t do it- toxic work environment

None really, maybe acceptable salary

Cons

Horrible place to work. Micromanaging- soulless work where they force you to lie to experts. Management is horrible, very stressful, high turnover. Extremely toxic work environment- everyone hates it but is afraid to speak out. Also no progression.
