Thank you for sharing your review. We are glad to see that you enjoyed things like the opportunities to learn in your role, the salary and the fun working environment. We are sorry, however, to hear that some elements of your experience did not meet expectations. Regarding work life balance and your comments about the role being results-based, we recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused, including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes. We know that this type of environment may not be suited to everyone, but we find our environment is well-suited for individuals who embrace a competitive atmosphere, are motivated by target achievement, and appreciate public recognition for their contributions.
