Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience whilst working at Third Bridge. We make sure to be as open and transparent as possible in our job advertisements to allow people who are thinking of applying to get a full picture of the role they would be doing. We recognise that the role can involve follow-ups and cold calling, as we’re client-facing, and we aim to ensure our team members have the support they need to succeed in this fast-paced environment. We believe our total rewards package and growth opportunities recognise and reward hard work. Please feel free to reach out to us at theteam@thirdbridge.com if you would like to discuss your feedback further.

Pros

People are generally nice, young employee population Product offering is solid Could be good for someone out of college with no career experience

Cons

think of your base pay as your total earnings. quarterly OTE targets are unrealistic and unattainable with very little room for grace. Hire/fire shop - absolutely will fire you before they invest in your professional growth. Struggling? That is your fault, not at all related to the lack of support from management. Very limited room for growth/movement within the company Work/life balance is non existent - no boundaries in place and sacrificing your personal life for work is encouraged. Cost of living has dramatically increased but they’re paying significantly less than they did 3 years ago for the exact same roles. Super competitive culture. Accounts vary widely in terms of earning potential. Managers can and will assign accounts based on favoritism. Causes tension among team due to unfair territory splits. Management for equities/credit sales team has explicitly told VPs that they did not care about the team’s associates. It shows. Over 45% of 1-1 meetings were moved, cancelled, or ignored entirely. Sometimes would not have a 1-1 with your manager for over a month. Bring in outside sales consultants to change processes but this created a huge disconnect between trainings and actual sales calls. DEI issue across commercial teams - 2 women on a team of 20+ is abysmal

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Third Bridge didn’t meet your expectations. At Third Bridge, we foster a high-performance culture where those who thrive in competitive environments can excel. While there are times when working additional hours may be necessary to support our clients, we believe our compensation and benefits package (competitive salaries and uncapped bonuses) reflects our commitment to our employees. We review these offerings annually. We take concerns about favouritism very seriously. If you or anyone else feels unsupported, we encourage you to reach out to our HR team so we can address any issues directly. Finally, we appreciate your comments on DEI and team building. We recognise there’s always room for improvement in these areas, and your feedback helps us enhance our workplace culture. Thank you.
