Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoy the exposure to investment research in your role, as well as the development opportunities here at Third Bridge. We appreciate your comment on the long hours required in your role. We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!). Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at theteam@thirdbridge.com if you would like to discuss your feedback with us in more detail, as we welcome this for us to be able to make improvements. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Nice cohort of people you join with

Cons

Worse management that exists, Vice Presidents and Managers are too young and promoted way too quickly to know what they are even doing, have no experience managing a team Zero work-life balance, expected to work long hours with no overtime included and often no recognition for all the efforts put in Horrible work culture, employees are not taken care of at all

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to see you enjoyed working alongside your colleagues during your time at Third Bridge. Regarding your comments on management, it is true that we often have first time managers , as we take pride in promoting from within. Many, if not all, have firsthand experience in the entry-level roles you mentioned before stepping into a management position. Each new Manager participates in a comprehensive training programme, which continues as they grow into their roles. We recognise that leadership development takes time, and we remain committed to continuously reviewing and enhancing our training and resources to ensure all employees feel fully supported. On work-life balance, we acknowledge that being in a client-facing role involves responsibilities like cold-calling, follow-ups and other outreach. Many of our team members find fulfilment in this competitive environment and enjoy the tangible rewards of meeting their goals through performance-based bonuses. Thank you again for your review, as this helps us to continuously improve.
