      - Tons of career mobility -- if you try hard, you will be rewarded with promotions and opportunities - Good ideas are valued, regardless of your seniority - Even though they don't get everything right the first time, leadership is clearly trying to make it a great place to work. Issues are actioned quickly and they have all of the departments and programs someone early in their career would leverage (mentorship, ERGs, etc.) - Lots of socials, vibrant and engaging environment

      Cons

      - Success is measured primarily through targets and metrics - I was in a client-facing role, so my hours were dictated by when my clients worked - It's a young company, so at times it feels like we're lacking wisdom

      - Experience with a variety of industries - Learn to be detail-oriented and time efficient

      Cons

      - Very little work/life balance. - Not a place to see yourself long-term - The industry experience doesn't give you much option to move into something new without starting from square one.
