We also appreciate that we operate in a fast-paced and client-facing environment, which may mean working additional hours at times. While our fast-paced environment can sometimes be demanding, we recognise that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and employee-focused to reflect this (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!).
