Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the compensation, the colleagues you worked with and the supportive working environment. Regarding your comment on unrealistic deadlines, at Third Bridge, we have a high-performance culture and operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. This may mean working additional hours and we know that this type of environment may not be suited to everyone. We are very transparent in our job advertisements that the role involves working to tight deadlines, targets and outreach. Regarding unfair promotions, we love to recognise and reward hard-working individuals for their efforts. If you would be comfortable, we would like to hear more about your concerns so we can look to address this in more detail with you. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at theteam@thirdbridge.com.

Don’t do it

Pros

Lots of young people so it is easy to make friends and they try to do a lot of social events. However you almost always have to check ur email and work during them.

Cons

I honestly don’t know where to begin. The expectations that are set in this job are honestly so unrealistic especially for certain verticals - others I hear are not as bad. If you like someone tracking every click you make on your computer and that motivates you then this is a great place to be. The job interview advertises that you might answer an email or two after hours but that is not the case. (Once you are a project manager) You are on ur phone checking every email until 10 pm. And once a week you have after hours and cannot leave your house. For the pay that you receive this is simply just not worth it trust me. On top of this management comes down on you with an accusatory nature for every little thing that goes wrong in an industry where there are so many uncontrollable variables - including the volatility of the financial market. The clients use third bridge along with 2-5 other competitors but the expectation is that you get 40-50 percent market share on each case and if you don’t it’s grounds for you not getting a promotion or on a PIP. During my time at this company, every person on my team left in about a year span (about 9 people). That is saying something. Additionally, leadership does not care about you. You could be doing amazing and the next month they will take away your promotion or not treat you properly. Sure, there is a lot of room for growth. But I’ve also seen these promotions taken away from people with no tangible reasoning. So at some point you realize that could be you meanwhile leadership is looking at rental cars and hair care at their desk. Unfortunately this blurb doesn’t do it justice.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our aim is to create an environment where employees feel supported, fairly treated, and able to achieve a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives. We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused, including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes. We are actively reviewing how we set expectations, support career growth, and ensure managers are fostering a culture of support and development. Hearing directly from our employees helps us identify where improvements are most needed.

Pros

Pay is good, can move up

Cons

Very easy to burn out. Extremely repetitive and boring work. Once you stop producing you're put on a PIP and let go.
