We value your feedback and appreciate that the job can be repetitive, however, we try to give our employees different tasks to allow a change of pace and to provide you with new and different skills. We also encourage cross department opportunities for individuals to go into another department for a period of time a to allow them to learn about another role and gain different skills. Regarding our management, we dedicate time and resources to training our managers, but appreciate your suggestions for how we could improve this, particularly the culture.
