      Unique company with exciting opportunities to offer

      Pros

      The company has a unique blend of talent that allows for friendships to flourish whilst helping each-other grow and develop. A lot of horizontal and vertical opportunities for people in interested in switching careers or moving up. Majority of roles are always filled internaly with rare cases of outside sourcing. This was my first job out of university and I've already held 3 different roles in 3 different teams over the 3 and a half years I've beene here, and they've stimulated career growth and future potential in unparallaled ways. Very understanding support staff that will help you navigate whatever circumstances you are under and need help navigating.

      Cons

      Benefits and pay could be improved but I think they will as the company continues to grow.
