Regarding your comment on diversity, we recognize the gender makeup of our team is influenced in part by the boutique fitness industry we serve, which is predominantly female. That said, we value diversity in all forms and remain committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels included and respected. To help strengthen our culture, we've implemented several initiatives — including a cross-functional Culture Committee that meets monthly to represent voices from all departments (including remote employees), and a revitalized appreciation program featuring Employee of the Quarter and spot awards to recognize contributions across the organization. We know that building a positive and inclusive environment takes ongoing effort.
