Good pay and benefits with reasonable work schedule

Cons

Even being a member of a well known union, I lost my job over some very petty reasons and the union had no power to get it back. However, there were several people that were fired for the same or similar reasons and did get their job back.

Management has no clue what goes on. Constantly push employees to go above and beyond.
