      Seeing product being made, people you work with are good people, management excluded.

      Cons

      Politics at this company rob the potential of what this organization could be. Turn over is rampant. There is no planning or strategy employed. Career development for engineers is non-existent, unless you are friends with someone already in management. I can't count how many good engineers I've worked with that eventually had had enough and quit, to go somewhere else and thrive. Engineering at this company is not a good place to be.
