Pros

Respected in their core geography Employees treat each other with respect Employee-owned and growing every year makes our ESOP value and compensation packages good including several bonus opportunities. Leaders don't interfere too much but are available when you want them

Cons

It's still relatively small (500-700 employees) which can limit the scope of technical projects.

Had to go to the Site Supervisor for changes, because it seemed to be like everyone was one their own.

Pros

Good teamwork, and mostly good collaborations. People formed bonds very fast. It wasn't because of the hiring management.

Cons

Organization was not where it should be. Management says "if I'm here every day, then there is a problem." If you don't keep track of your hours with your own documentation as well as the documentation provided daily, youe hours may get clipped, and you can't prove otherwise.

Overall, an enjoyable company to work for. They provided independence, yet enough oversight to help me complete my tasks

Cons

I was employed here during a restructuring period and there was a little bit of a disconnect to other offices and employees.
