      Pros

      I can't think of a single one! I worked there for over 12 years and now I look back and can't think of a positive thing. Oh, wait You get free coffee!

      Cons

      Terrible management. It's an ESOP but they don't provide any financials and executives give themselves huge bonuses every year while others get nothing.

      -Decent benefits -Ability to work independently or in a team -Pays for exams/further education

      Cons

      -Not appreciated for work completed -No bonus or incentive structure -Lack of upward mobility -Not all upper management is transparent about cell phone reimbursal. Worked 1.5 years until it was mentioned to me -Some management doesn't want their employees to advance beyond basic tech level -Unusually (and extremely unsafe) long hours in some departments
