      Solid learning experience

      Pros

      They took a chance on me, being a relatively new college grad. The experience was overall solid, my manager wasn't the best and didn't spend much time teaching me but was there if I had questions.

      Cons

      In general, being a consultant isn't great and this was a reflection at this role. Work was very up and down and the clients often had unrealistic expectations.

      Pros

      Is a flexible place to work. In my case, I started studying and working 12 hours 7 days per week was too much. They had no problem giving me 6 hours per day.

      Cons

      Paychecks arrived one week later and paid fewer hours. The company had no problem discussing the problem with me and tried to fix it.
