It is not a real con but that is some thing got to know about Thopmson that hotel guest comes before everything.

Full Benefits Full-time work HR Team Shift Meals Smoke Room Parking Laundered your clothes or provided uniforms (depends on the position) Located in a remarkable location

Cons

High Manager and Employee Turnover They do not train their people. On boarding is a bismal. Always understaffed. Not the best talent pool in regards to commitment to the industry. Lack of communication. Bullying type management styles in the higher levels. Inconsistent Managers and policies. Toxic Workplace/Envinronment The current Hotel GM is inauthentic. One day he smiles at you the next day he acts like he doesnt even see you. Unprofessional.
