Pros

Very good work life balance. Lots of facilities for women employees. Not muck critical and tedious work.

Pros

Flexible working schedules, easy holidays; managers are generally liberal in that. Duties are clearly stated and mostly you will have a manager or senior looking into your work. Colleagues are really helping in nature and you will get your things done in any way.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. You have to find some or the other thing to work on as no one will be there to pick you up for your work of interest. Sometimes you will feel that there is really less creating, and just maintenance.
