Pros

Great work environment, interesting tasks which were linked to my own interests, very supportive team.

Cons

No career progression for me without having been a lawyer but there was support to move between teams.

- good intro to IT career field - some good coworkers - some employee events

Cons

- lack of transparency - lack of trust in workers - prioritization of AI over workers - job security doesn’t exist anymore - pay and benefits are not competitive - leadership - tracking everything - no privacy - burnout and unrealistic expectations
