      Pros

      I worked here 18 years but the first 10 where the best when the Ann Arbor office was a more independent business unit with good and strong local leadership.

      Cons

      The upper leadership has no clue how to run this business. It included rotating management with latest pet dumb initiatives and continued attempts at off shoring that never worked.

      Good people, great products, global reach

      Cons

      Annual reorgs w/ layoffs despite consistent organic growth and exciting products with a dominant share of the market. A once great culture with good work/life balance is now a multi-year culture of "do more with less" (read as, "big new initiatives assigned to people who already have full-time jobs).

      Not a place to stay if you want grow or long term plan

      - Paid PTO - Paid Maternity leave - Time flexible

      Cons

      - Low base salary - Slow annual salary growth - Lack of career growth support/opportunity - Leadership/management not there - Office quiet drama (people are all worry to lose their job, this environment is super negative, competitive and toxic) - Training support = BS - You can't expect your leader or managers, CEO, etc. will tell you any truth, so you can position yourself ahead. - Annual goal is a nightmare, they always want way more than what you signed for/paid.
