Pros

It has a good working culture, open and comfortable working environment. Lots of room to grow and really good work life balance.

Cons

Company is too big to communicate around, facing client and staff is always virtual through computer, take more time and effort to build a strong personal relationship with others.

The work life balance is fantastic. Working globally provides an abundance of skills and knowledge. Culture and team cohesion is brilliant.

Cons

With the organisation being such an immense size it is difficult to understand all the activities across the entire organisation.
