Pros
Diverse workplace and nice colleagues.
Cons
Very poor top level management, unethical attitude to staff (you are just a number), obsessive drive to have AI do everything, and staff not integrating AI into every aspect of their work daily don't have a future with the organisation. Moral destroyed, along with the ability for humans to make a difference. Surely the easiest job to replace with AI is the CEO?
