Pros

What it takes to run a small business. But other than that, there's not a whole lot of pros in this company.

Cons

We now have meetings every day of the week that takes 1-3 hours per day. Right now terry is hiring a lot of people offshore. And he's using us who still work in the office, to train them on how to do our jobs. My job has already been outsourced. He is also not listening to the employees that are here in the office. Also, if you are working 40 hours a week, you do not get any sick days.

Pros

You'll get your foot in the door, but that's about it.

Cons

Terry micro-manages everything. He doesn't trust his employees to get the job done without him guiding you through it. He makes you work on the same projects over and over again because he doesn't know what he wants.

Formerly a leader in the field; Thor has committed to the infrastructure needed to be a part of the Healthcare Recruiting field

Cons

Management demands excessive hours, pay is dependent on impossible standards. Management is abusive to staff. Insults are part of the "motivation." Pay for performance is not legitimate.
