This is made possible through huddles and open forums where its employees are encouraged to give suggestions and recommendations to any upcoming ventures that our Thor Group will participate in.

Flexible hours and a casual work environment created a relaxed atmosphere that made it easier to get the job done. Clear direction was given on what was need to complete the task, then I was allowed to work independently with a clear sense of purpose.
