Flexible hours and a casual work environment created a relaxed atmosphere that made it easier to get the job done. Clear direction was given on what was need to complete the task, then I was allowed to work independently with a clear sense of purpose.

Worked for almost 9 years and the ability to work from home is a major plus. Team and management members were supportive and nice. Management is very supportive and provides excellent training / seminar. The team effort on every task made it enjoyable.
