Pros
Good benefits, good product, some nice coworkers
Cons
Management doesn’t care about the production workers at all! They have what they call leads that are basically low paid supervisors and the supervisors do nothing! All they are doing is working us 12 hour days or 5 10s without caring about how we feel or how tired we are! The pay is laughable and they wonder why people keep leaving! They even made an inexperienced kid a supervisor because he wanted to quit! The poor people that moved here from Idaho are miserable because promises made to them were not kept!
