Pros

Healthcare benefits; free company products; perks and discounts.

Cons

Not much opportunity for career growth and advancement. The paid is fair but a little mediocre for entry level. Not much overtime unless it’s mandatory. Sometimes you will work alongside folks who like to cause a toxic workplace.

Pros

Free health insurance, levels to get pay bumps, yearly increases, though not a lot. Christmas bonuses

Cons

Management lacks in a lot of departments. No room for growth once you cap out. Says they hire from within, but rarely do.

Pros

Generous benefits and growth opportunities

Cons

Once acquired by L. Catterton many things changed and they lost a lot of amazing leadership and authenticity. Will probably be sold to Nestle.
