Pros

Company is continuing to grow. Great opportunities to advance within the work place. Great way to become educated by being hands on. Management is willing to listen to ideas and solutions. Great management team.

Cons

Lack of space, with our continued growth we are out growing our current space. Also some departments are low on staff members and I think it would help to have additional employees in some departments. Need more employees who can multi-task

Pros

Great atmosphere, everyone is helpful and polite. Very nice campus , great free lunch 4 days a week! Lots of growth opportunity, Company is growing and is a top of the line quality company. Management really cares fro there employees! Great benefits

Cons

Growing very fast! well maybe that's a good thing! Parking is tight some days.Forces you to get to work early if you don't want to walk further.
