Pros
Get to work on a modern stack, coworkers are easy to work with and collaborative. Reasonable expectations and hours. Benefits are excellent.
Cons
No ESPP yet despite being public for a couple years now and having filed for it a while back. No RSU in the comp like you might get at other companies. Some lack of structure might make some projects a little ambiguous.
