      Pros

      Any company can be only great if it has best team and people with good heart. ThoughtByte is one of the great example for this.I mean each and every staff including from Reception, HR, Recruiter, Admin and Managers. I have never seen so united team working toward one goal which mainly focus on Employee satisfaction.They have solution for each problem on tip.Onsite branch environment at Plain Field is so friendly and happy that you feel you are at home.I am very happy and proud to be part of ThougtByte :)

      This is one of the best company to work for. The management is very motivating and encouraging, Great opportunity for career growth. Flexible scheduling to balance between work and family. Amazing staffs. wonderful benefits and fair pay.
