Pros

- work is good - product is rock solid, customers love it and has been able to stay ahead of what competitors are doing - good atmosphere e

Cons

- no focus on growing employees internally. Always focus is on getting people from outside. - strong preferential treatment and celebrity based status to some. Oncall debugs are vastly celebrated than shipping code without bugs. Some people come out as hero. I've got nothing against those people, they are great people, however it sets a wrong precedent, and not everyone has necessary context to solve bug in real time. it requires deep context that only few people has, and only few people are approached for helping out. how do you compete with that. - lot of attrition.

Pros

A couple of years ago? Many! Now? Wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

Cons

What once was a great company to work for under Ajeet's leadership has been torn apart by fake niceness, cruelty, false promises and constant pressure without any chance of a break. If you enjoy being micro-managed to death, this one is a good one to join.

Pros

Great place to start your career Leaders are trying to be fair and make right decisions

Cons

Long hours - you are not forced to do it however the share amount of work makes it difficult to not work extra hours and hence your work life balance is next to nonexistent. Your success depends on which department you are a part of, there seems to be different rules and favour given depending on where you sit and who you know Compensation process is unfair and subjective Invisible pressure to be seen by leaders
