Pros

A very positive and support environment, with lots of challenges. Loads of opportunities to learn, and a variety of customers that allow you to see so many different industries. I think the companies response during the Covid-19 lockdown has been exceptional, quick to adopt a work from anywhere policy, financial support to create home offices, and numerous well being support.

Cons

None that I can think of, but you do need to be a quick learner.
