Pros

ThoughtSpot really is one of a kind. We’re all working toward achieving something momentous and everyone feels that sense of excitement. It’s a true family and believe me when I say I’m normally a cynic when it comes to those types of statements. The executive team look out for their employees and are there for them and have been in some exceptional ways. You’ll work harder than you ever have but you’ll never be bored. The satisfaction you feel with the work you do and the results we achieve, along with being a part of the Spotter family, makes everything worthwhile. As with any startup be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get into it. It may not be your ‘role’ but do it anyway. We’re all in this together.

Pros

This place is something special. I've been at a number of large well known software organizations in the past, and never have I seen such a single focus on the value of the software and delivering that value to our customers. It starts from the top down. The leadership team has built a culture and a formula for success- both internally and customer facing. I truly consider myself lucky to be part of a such an amazing team.

Cons

Honestly, I don't think there are any.
