      Pros

      ThoughtSpot is a vibrant startup. The company is putting up massive efforts in solving one of the biggest challenges in Search & AI driven analytics domain. ThoughtSpot provides an amazing opportunity for each individual to work on exciting projects. It's been six months for me now and I have got a chance to work on various projects with intelligent and excellent people. The culture is equally great. The company believes strongly in selfless excellence and they literally follow. There is no hierarchical structure and provides equal exposure to all employees. Management is equally good and supporting. The office has recently moved to a brand new office in HSR and has a nice ambiance. The team is relatively small (i.e around 55+ people) and that's where I have lots of opportunities to work on various projects and started seeing a direct impact of my work. I certainly feel that I have taken the right decision to join ThoughtSpot.

      As of now, I cannot recognize any cons. I would report in future if I find any.
