Pros

Fantastic, innovative technology. Creates a new niche in BI. Company run by experienced entrepreneurs. Easy-to-articulate value proposition. Great marketing content, solid reference stories, competitive pricing.

Cons

Smaller company, resources sometimes stretched a bit thin. New positions are budgeted, hiring is under way.

Great Company, Great Product

Pros

Great culture. Product is game-changing and disruptive. Opportunity to be part of a company that will make it public...this one has a real chance.

Cons

Because product is disruptive, it's more difficult to sell into large accounts. Requires a strong sales team and regimented sales cycle. Growing fast and with that, a fast pace, which can be difficult to maintain.
