Pros
- Leadership sets the tone for an inclusive, healthy, caring company with a mission for disruption and bettering our future - The company is not too big, meaning you can actually see the impact that you have on the company when you do a good job. It gives you motivation to deliver because you care about the success of the company overall - The talent and intelligence of the people we work with is top notch - not to mention, they're so friendly - Very little politics in relation to other companies I've worked at. People aren't climbing the ladder here, they're looking to make a difference and we're all on the same team #selflessexcellence
Cons
- With a 'startup' company, we're always changing, so don't get too comfortable at any point - Distributed teams can be challenging, because sometimes you need to wait for timezones to align to resolve issues -There's lots to do, and not enough people to do it
