Pros

The smartest, most focused, most ego-free team I've ever seen, a product that's totally different than anything else and solves huge problems, and a wide-open opportunity to change how people access data. Great atmosphere, perfect balance of family and work, and a focus on doing the right thing--I never thought I'd find the perfect company. Amazing.

Cons

It's tough to keep up with how smart everyone is. They're focused on solving problems and having fun doing it, and it can be exhausting keeping up!

Pros

Team is fully engaged and motivated to revolutionize their space. No problem is too difficult, and no deadline is too tight. I get to solve hard, worthwhile problems every day. Culture is excellent. Diverse, cohesive team where trust and personal engagement are excellent.

Cons

It's a fast moving startup, so employees with a supportive, efficient life infrastructure will be happiest here.

Pros

Incredible opportunities to learn & grow with the best of the best in the Valley (ex- Googlers, Facebookers, Amazoners, Pentaho-ers, Twitter-ers etc). Great training program, standing (and lowering) desks, catered food and TONS of snacks, gorgeous environment (fountains, sun, lawns), top 10% in terms of pay, unlimited paid vacation, other benefits include covered gym (Equinox!) and transit. Flexible work hours/environment.

Cons

No cons yet! Traveling from SF or Oakland to Palo Alto can be a bit of a drag, but being a part of the company is definitely worth it.
