Pros

good product good customers good players in the field

Cons

-micromanagement micromanagement micromanagement -everything is being recorded, everything is being monitored, everything is being watched, show proof of all your work and spend all your time recording this proof -aggressive focus on internal slack updates that take priority over work -managers encouraging team members to throw other teams into the fire/under the bus "to know what it feels like" -management has told teams they want more for less "need to figure out how to increase all your capacity" -no sense of team or culture, just results with unrealistic timelines
