There has been a lot of turn over in particular at the executive levels that has cause a lot of turmoil and lack of leadership.

Pros

The technology is so far ahead of the curve with regards to analytics. It is as good as it promises to be.

Cons

There is a lack of women in sales leadership within the company and it was a bit of a boys club. Promotions were just given to ‘favourites’, rather than going through a recruitment process (internally or externally) to find the best candidate for the role. Lots and lots of turnover.
