      Pros

      The leadership team at ThoughtSpot is top notch. They are focused on building a diverse, safe and open door culture. The pay and benefits are also at the top end of the market. I'd recommend ThoughtSpot to anyone.

      Pros

      Surrounded by smart people that constantly make me realize I made the right choice to work at ThoughtSpot. With leadership coming from companies Nutanix, Google, and Salesforce, I have full faith in the direction of the company. It also helps to have an amazing product that the engineering team here has built.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no cons to working here.

      Pros

      The culture is everything - hard work done with excellence, humility, and fun. That is what I expect of myself independent of ThoughtSpot, and I feel like I've found my tribe of brothers and sisters who expect the same of themselves and each other. Pair that with the chance to reshape the face of a $70 billion dollar industry and make access to information dead simple for the common person (no technical skills required), and this a truly a great place to be.

      Cons

      None to speak of really. This is a start up though, so there's more to do than resources to do it. But alas, that is why we are here.
