      401K Health Insurance is amazing PTO is unlimited. Very supportive team and leaders Female representation is strong

      Great Workplace, Great Compensation, Good Perks

      Pros

      Company puts in honest effort to better and improve the lives of employees. Salary, is very competitive with FAANG. Perks are good, could be better. Office is a very chill place, it makes you feel comfortable when working. Product is good, with lots of scope. Work is challenging and you're given lots of ownership.

      Cons

      Perks and expenses are through reimbursements and not provided directly, which is an annoyance compared to some other companies. Department-wise funding is skewed, a lot of engineering focused departments could do better with more funds and manpower. Lots of contract workers, which leads to communication gaps.
