Pros

My friend received his GC via thoughtwave and i have had a very good experience with thoughtwave interms of my GC application and i-140 approval. Especially, CEO Ramesh is very transparent and honest person. he creates win-win situations based on the hour of the need. They paid me bonus that belongs to me even after i left the compnay

Cons

only a few direct clients but the marketing team is very competent and good . mike in the marketing team is very interactive and generates client calls at a good pace

I have been working at Thoughtwave as a IT Recruiter since 2016. The management is moving with every employee like a family. I would like to say Thanks to Management and every employee in Thoughtwave still they are helping me very well on my works and guiding me. This is my wonderful opportunity working here.

Cons

No words to say about cons. When I start my career here I learnt be punctual.

Pros

Great work culture with a a chance to work on latest emerging technologies Flexible work hours, vacation, 401k, medical and other great benefits. Works with employee interest to choose the right projects for career development. All the supporting departments like finance, HR are very responsive.

Cons

Director/HR functionality is overloaded.
