Pros

My friend received his GC via thoughtwave and i have had a very good experience with thoughtwave interms of my GC application and i-140 approval. Especially, CEO Ramesh is very transparent and honest person. he creates win-win situations based on the hour of the need. They paid me bonus that belongs to me even after i left the compnay

Cons

only a few direct clients but the marketing team is very competent and good . mike in the marketing team is very interactive and generates client calls at a good pace

1. I like this company since they maintain transparency. 2. Their response turnaround time is really fast. 3. They also provide legal advice if you need any clarification. 4. They provide a yearly bonus based on your performance reviews. 5. They also provide 401k plans.

1. They provide career opportunities only within the US. They should start sponsoring globally.

Pros

Training is provided on most of the coding technologies Salary Pay run on time unlike other desi consultancies and bench time support provided for H1B employees. H1B, Visa stamping and GC applications are applied with good attorneys. CEO and management team are honest and approachable.

Cons

Small company and there is room for improvement. Longer time to find new job if location specific. Improve client and vendor networking which will help market resumes effectively. No 401K matching
