Pros

1. Work life balance is good (depending on the project you're in) 2. If you're lucky, you will get to travel a lot and stay in the best hotels 3. Good culture, good food and smart people with you.

Cons

1. Travel opportunities are not balanced among the TWers. One set gets to travel a lot while others (even if interested) are not given enough opportunities. 2. Too much role specific hiring over the last couple of years

supportive learning environment diverse ability to switch roles

Cons

qualify of a project is entirely dependent on your luck in the first year of the program, to some extent expect lots of off hour contributions if you want to stand out clients can be challenging
