Pros
Great culture, a review process that works, excellent colleagues and overall environment. I have learned the best practices from great professionals. The first company that said it had a thin hierarchy and I could confirm so.
Cons
Since we get a solid yearly review, we tend to get pushed to our limits. The higher your grade, the higher the expectations. This might feel overwhelming to some people.
