Pros

Excellent benefits in comparison to the market, people is easy going, everyone is eager to share their knowledge, the company offers you lots of room to improve yourself, meaning learning new skills even if it means that you would change your primary skill (eg. change from a designer to a programmer)

Cons

Is hard to be the new one, people are always busy so you have to figure it out (almost everything) by yourself, it supposed to be that way so it force you to get to know your way inside the company, but IMO it seems to confuse more and makes you think that you're there for no reason.
