      Flat culture, no hierarchy. Trust employees and give full authority to work on your own. I like the policies here for company.

      Its good place for freshers as well as laterals who seek excellence in technology and grow as person. It is perfect place for people who like challenges. Good career growth if you work with experienced people over here. You learn one or two from anyone you work with. No hierarchy system, everyone is considered same.You can go talk to GM or Directors of company anytime. Flexible hours and WFH option is available
